Xilisoft Blu Ray Ripper is a Blu-ray converter for Windows. After a bit of research, Xilisoft Blu Ray Ripper looks like a very generic Blu-Ray converter. It shares the same user interface and feature set as the Blu-Ray rippers from 4Media and ImTOO. They are identical in every little aspect. But that doesn't mean that the application isn't good. These three rippers are among the best I have tried and they are all priced similarly.
It is easy to use Xilisoft Blu Ray Ripper. You need to select the Blu-Ray folder that you want to convert and select one of the available conversion profiles. These are pre-configured conversion settings. You can convert your movie to a variety of formats, ranging from standard definition formats to high definition formats. There are even profiles for mobile devices and video game consoles.
There is a built-in video player that allows you to preview the different titles of your movie and there are two video editing tools: a video merger and a video cutter. There is also an effects feature that allows you to add a watermark to your videos, among other effects.
All in all, Xilisoft Blu Ray Ripper does work but is identical to the other two apps that I have mentioned. If you own one of those, there is no point in buying the others.
